Emma Isaacs: Winging it in Business

In This Episode:

Women tend to over prepare and underestimate when it comes to their own readiness to try something new. Emma Isaacs didn’t draw up a plan or list her goals. She doesn’t believe in work-life balance. And yet, she managed to found a multimillion-dollar global organization, become a sought-after speaker and media commentator, and be recognized as a prominent voice in women’s leadership ― all while raising six young children. Emma’s philosophy is to dive in head first and wing it. Emma is founder and CEO of Business Chicks. She is the author of the book, Winging It: Stop Thinking, Start Doing: Why Action Beats Planning Every Time. Emma has worked with people like Sir Richard Branson, Elizabeth Gilbert, Diane von Furstenberg, Arianna Huffington, Kate Hudson, among many others.
