Rachael is a meditation teacher, energy healer, and certified birth and postpartum doula. She is also the author of the book Love Notes from Jesus, 133 Messages of Light from the Loving Heart of Christ. Today Rachael is a doula for the world, the times, and the planet through her writing. She finds joy in helping humanity birth a new more loving way of being through her work with the heart.

Meditative Heart Sessions
Rachael helps you connect to your heart's highest potential to find clarity and calm through a gentle one on one guided meditation. She also brings forward wisdom and guidance from her main guides Jesus and Mary Magdalene specific for each session. This time with Rachael is designed to connect you to the wisdom and guidance contained in your own heart.
Sessions are one hour long and include time for discussion and integration
Energy Healing
A Pranic Healing session is an energy healing session, much like Reiki, that helps to remove energetic blocks and bring in divine peace and wholeness.
Sessions can be either 30 or 60 minutes. -
Rachael is an author, world traveler, and lover of meditation.
She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from Ursuline College in Cleveland Ohio and is a certified birth and postpartum doula. She believes the planet is currently undergoing a deep healing process of change at this time which will allow the light of divine love to shine even brighter through the hearts of all humanity.
When she isn’t tucked in somewhere cozy writing, she can be found enjoying nature, planting flowers, or out in her beloved ocean playing with the whales.
She believes in peace, tolerance, and above all else the power of love to heal.
Rachael facilitates retreats, workshops, and group experiences all centered around the wisdom teachings of the heart.

Lahela is pronounced “ Lah-HEH-lah” and is the Hawaiian form of Rachael which in Hebrew means female lamb. -
