Description:

Change is an inevitable part of life. No matter how much we wish things could remain the same, the fact is, they can’t and don’t. So often we focus on the negative aspect of change that we miss the gifts being offered to us. In most cases, change is the way to move forward; to begin a new journey. How you deal with change will determine your success.  When it comes to change, attitude is everything.

When change occurs in your life, you have two choices: curl up, be miserable and depressed, and play the victim, or you can embrace and accept it as part of life. Not everything in life goes according to plan. Sometimes what happens to us is actually better in the long run. Change can catapult you out of your comfort zone, challenge you, and release your full potential. It can let you dream big! Joan  shares her personal story of transition and the important role attitude plays in our success. Learn why you must look within to realize your full potential in order to follow your dreams.

Points of Discussion:

Why is change important in our lives

Importance of a positive attitude in relationship to how we react to change

Tips/strategies to move through the transition

Lessons learned through personal journey

Putting your plan into action

Joan has used the tremendous loss and personal pain she has experienced as the catalyst to a new life.
